A 4975: Postpones New Jersey Quality Single Accountability Continuum (NJQSAC) review for certain school districts to accommodate disruption due to COVID-19 pandemic

A4975 (Chiaravalloti) As the COVID-19 pandemic continues, limited resources should remain focused on ensuring the health and safety of students and the continuity of educational services.  Postponing the NJQSAC review is a reasonable way to alleviate a bureaucratic burden on schools without causing an undue disruption to the overall review process in the long term.

We continue to request that all school districts be allowed to postpone this review for the 2020-21 school year as in A4006. It is critical that all school districts be able to fully concentrate their efforts on health and safety, as well as providing the best education possible for students during this challenging time.

Therefore, NJEA asks that you give all schools the relief they need from NJQSAC during the ongoing pandemic.
