S 973 (Ruiz, Singleton) NJEA believes that recruitment and promotion of a diverse workforce expands society’s capacity to address the needs of a diverse society, demonstrates equal opportunity for all, and expands the cadre of qualified individuals to assume leadership roles within the community. This bill will help promote diversity in our workforce.
