Allows health insurers to provide certain health care benefit plans to local boards of education and eligible employers who do not participate in SEHBP; modifies employee contribution for New Jersey Educators Health Plan and its equivalent

S 3045 (Sweeney) This legislation makes technical corrections to P.L.2020, c.44, so that educators across the state can fully enjoy the benefits of their health care plans. Again, NJEA thanks the legislature for working with us to ensure educators continue to receive high-quality health care and we are pleased to see this legislation move forward.
