Establishes loan redemption program for certain bilingual education teachers

S 2825 (Ruiz)  This bill will benefit New Jersey public schools, as it creates an incentive for individuals to enter and remain in the teaching profession and could broaden the applicant pool. At the same time, it will help those who decide to enter the teaching field repay their loans. Students are now leaving college with crushing amounts of debt, hurting the recruitment of talented educators. This bill takes a step towards helping to alleviate that problem.
