Provides certain resources to county prosecutors for enforcement of law regarding failure to pay wages; makes appropriation

S 3580 (Singleton) Organized labor fought long and hard for the establishment of wage and hour laws here in New Jersey and across the country. However, those hard fought gains can be subverted by employers not following the rules. Especially in this time of economic upheaval, it is even more critical that workers receive the compensation they earn.  This bill will help give prosecutors the resources they need to investigate these claims and to help bolster the wage and hour laws that labor worked so hard to achieve.
