A 3872  S 1877

Requires institutions of higher education and proprietary degree-granting institutions to provide transparency of tuition and fees to prospective and current students

A 3872 (Karabinchak, Jasey, Dancer) S 1877 (Turner, Pou) Current law requires institutions of higher education to provide transparency of fees and costs to prospective students. This bill will expand that to include current students as well.  This is a common-sense measure to ensure that all students remain aware of the full cost of their education.
