Provides for postponement of New Jersey Quality Single Accountability Continuum review for certain school districts for 2021-2022 school year

As the COVID-19 pandemic continues, limited resources should remain

focused on ensuring the health and safety of students and the continuity of educational services.  Postponing the NJQSAC review is a reasonable way to alleviate a bureaucratic burden on schools without causing an undue disruption to the overall review process in the long term.

We thank the sponsors for promoting this legislation. It is critical that all school districts are able  to fully concentrate their efforts on health and safety, as well as providing the best education possible for students during this challenging time.
