A 3229 (Lampitt), A 4075 (Moen) NJEA supports these measures to enhance the safety of our schools. Threat assessment teams, if implemented properly, can be an important tool to improve the security of our students. We thank the sponsors for the collective bargaining agreement language. However, we would like to ensure that the implementation of these teams does not have any disparate impact on our students of color.
