Ensures insurance coverage for certain persons attending school graduation exercises in July and August of 2020

S2558 (Diegnan)  A4227 (Coughlin, Quijano, Wimberly) This legislation would provide liability insurance coverage to graduates and school employees who attend school district-sponsored graduation ceremonies on school grounds in July and August. Due to the pandemic, graduation events have been postponed and modified. As these ceremonies begin to take place across New Jersey, it is important that safeguards are in place to help staff and students celebrate.
