A 180 (Carter, Verrelli) NJEA believes that all New Jersey students and school employees should learn and work in safe and danger-free school environments. We recognize the potential of an anonymous reporting system in helping to safeguard our schools from potential threats. However, we believe any such program should be staffed at all times by properly trained individuals to receive calls, texts or emails regarding potential threats.
