Establishes Commission on Asian Heritage in DOE

A 3369 (Johnson, Stanley, Karabinchak)NJEA supports this approach aimed at deepening students’ cultural understanding of Asian history and heritage. The work of this Commission within the Department of Education would be devoted to amplifying the inclusion of relevant educational programs. This approach would help to combat discrimination and also help students understand the contributions of the Asian community.
