Grants reciprocity to teachers with certain out-of-state certificates

A4783 (Quijano, Lampitt, Jasey) NJEA supports granting reciprocity to out-of-state teachers.  Reciprocity will increase the supply of teachers in New Jersey, and changing the rules as this bill does will make it easier for individuals to receive New Jersey certification.  NJEA appreciates the sponsors’ work to help address these demand issues, while maintaining our state’s commitment to bringing the best and brightest into our schools.
