Requires school districts to provide feminine hygiene products in certain public schools and requires State to pay costs

Ruiz, Singleton) This bill fills a gap that may exist for some students in schools.  Feminine hygiene products are very expensive and their purchase can cause a hardship for families struggling to make ends meet.  While school nurse offices often have hygiene products, students might not wish to admit to the nurse that they cannot afford such products.  This bill will help alleviate the problem.  It helps rectify the issue while saving students potential embarrassment.
